Inorganic chemistry

Inorganic chemistry probes the vast, exciting landscape of the periodic table, covering small molecules to extended solids and other materials. With both synthesis and characterization components, inorganic chemistry touches areas from materials science to catalysis and bioinorganic chemistry to energy. In our department, the common theme is environmentally sustainable energy materials.
